Wine Spectator’dan 21 Türk Restorana Şarap Menüsü Ödülü

1976 yılında Bob Morrisey tarafından San Diego’da kurulan dünyaca ünlü şarap dergisi Wine Spectator, 1981 yılından beri Restoran ödülleri programını gerçekleştiriyor. 2014 yılında Dünya’nın farklı yerlerinden ödül alan 3800 yakını restoranın 21 tanesi de Türkiye’den…

2011 yılında ilk defa 3 Türk restoranın ödül alması ile Türkiye’nin Wine Spectator ödüllürestoranlar macerası başladı ve 3 yıl gibi kısa bir sürede 21 restoranımız bu prestijli ödüle layık görüldü.

Başvuru usulu ile yapılan yarışmada şarap seçimi ile birlikte bir çok kriter değenlendiriliyor. Bütün şarapların, yılları, bölgeleri tam üretici isimlerinin hatasız bir şekilde belirtilmesine önem verilirken genel sunum da değenlendiriliyor. Ayrıca menüdeki şarap adetine göre restoranın şarap stoğu,  şarap fiyatlandırması ve yemek menüsü de değerlendirilen kriteler arasında bulunuyor. Bu ana kriterlere uyulduktan sonra farklı ödül kategorilerine göre farklı beklentiler var.
